Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes. Cut into relatively small cubes on a kitchen board and season with salt. Let the tomatoes stand for about 10 minutes so that the water draws out. Then pour off the water and pepper the diced tomatoes.
  2. Simply stir together the ingredients for the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Put the tomato cubes in the sauce, mix everything together and serve immediately with a slice of rustic bread with butter.
