Instructions

Cut the tomatoes, put them in a salad bowl and squeeze the garlic. Add the finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper and mix the salad with 2 - 3 spoons of sour cream. Serve immediately.
If desired, you can also add finely chopped spring onions.
The salad is very refreshing in summer and is often prepared with grilled meat in Ukraine.
