- Wash the tomatoes, cut into thin slices, halve in the middle and place in a bowl. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and add to the tomatoes. Mix in the sour cream and season well with salt and pepper.
- You can prepare the salad a few hours in advance and let it steep in the refrigerator, as it tastes even better that way.
- A fresh baguette or various potato dishes go well with it.
