Ingredients

  • 1 kg tomato (s)
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), green
  • 1 bunch mint
  • salt
  • Chili powder
  • 2 drops Tabasco
  • 1 pinch lemon (s) - zest, grated
  • 150 g sour cream

Instructions

  1. Wash tomatoes, cut off the lid and hollow out the inside. Roughly chop the walnuts, toast them briefly in a non-stick pan, then let them cool.
  2. Peel and finely dice shallot. Wash and cut the chilli pepper, remove the stem, separating membranes and seeds. Cut the pod into fine strips, then cut into cubes.
  3. Wash the mint leaves and drain. Pluck leaves and finely chop. Mix with the nuts, shallots, chilli pepper, sour cream and the spices, season to taste and pour into the tomatoes.
