  • 100 g walnuts, round
  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g suar, brown
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 125 g butter, soft or mararine

  • Couverture, whole milk

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough. Let rest cool in foil. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection: 180 ° C).
  2. Roll out the dough 3 mm thick and cut out hearts. Place on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake time 8-10 minutes. Let the cookies cool down.
  3. Warm the plum jam slightly and stir until smooth (add a little rum if you like). Put two cookies together each time.
  4. Melt the couverture in a water bath and dip the biscuits halfway into it. Let dry on baking paper or greaseproof paper.
