Ingredients

  • 1 pck. Heart (s) (chicken hearts), frozen
  • 1 small onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 1 tablespoon dill, fresh or dried
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) spice mixture (Parisian pepper)
  • 250 ml meat broth

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the thawed chicken hearts.
  2. Heat the clarified butter and sweat the onions in it until translucent. Add the hearts, salt and dill, which is never too much in this recipe. Pour in the broth.
  3. Let everything simmer gently in an open pot until the hearts have the right consistency. This takes about 20 minutes.
  4. Rice or baguette tastes good with it.
