Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken hearts
  • 1 ½ tube tomato paste
  • 1 small onion (s), diced
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) oregano
  • some flour to thicken
  • 500 ml chicken broth, more if necessary

Instructions

  1. Sear the washed chicken hearts in a little oil. Now add the onion cubes and continue to fry. Drain the chicken hearts and save the brew. Add tomato paste to the hearts and fry briefly. Top up with the stock and the chicken stock. If necessary, thicken with a little flour until the consistency is slightly creamy. Now season with salt, pepper, oregano and sugar. Then simmer for about 2 hours.
  2. Toast is served with it.
