Pork Chops in the Oven, in Sour Cream Sauce With Mustard and Cheese

Very juicy and tender pork chops in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Pork pulp – 500 g
  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Dijon mustard beans – 3 tbsp
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Pepper mix to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Wash, dry and cut the meat into 2 cm thick pieces. Beat off from both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil. Lightly grease the meat. Bake the pork chops in the oven for about 15 minutes at 160-180 degrees.
  3. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Add sour cream, mustard and stir.
  4. Remove the meat from the oven and cover with the pot. Bake the pork chops in the oven for another 10-15 minutes until tender.
