1 cup sour cream, approx. 200 g each
2 cloves garlic)
2 tablespoon seasoning mix for salads, liquid, e.g., Salata by Kühne
2 tablespoon olive oil
some liquid sweetener
salt and pepper

Colorful Salad with Spicy Sour Cream Sauce

Instructions

Finely chop the garlic cloves and mix with the remaining ingredients for the dressing.
Wash the iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and peppers. Peel the cucumber, drain the corn or mushrooms. Pluck the iceberg lettuce into small pieces and spin dry. Cut the tomatoes, peppers and cucumber into smaller pieces. Add all salad ingredients to the sauce and mix.
