  • 750 g beans, reen
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 1 bunch thyme

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the beans and cook in salted water for 15 minutes. Reduce the cream and creme fraiche in a wide, flat saucepan for about 5 - 10 minutes until smooth.
  2. Season with mustard, salt and pepper, season to taste. Pluck the thyme from the stalks, chop a little and mix into the sauce. Arrange the beans on the plates, pour the sauce over them.
  3. Goes ideally with lamb chops, fillets, etc.
