Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, your choice
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 250 g bacon, or diced bacon
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 teaspoons paprika, sweet and hot mixed
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil, for frying
  • 1 teaspoon butter, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and rinse.
  2. Fry the bacon, chopped onions and chopped garlic in olive oil / butter. Deglaze with a little pasta water, about 1/2 a ladle.
  3. Stir in the sour cream and sour cream and season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder. The sauce should be nice and pink from the paprika powder.
  4. Put half of the pasta in a large, buttered casserole dish, spread over half of the sauce and pour over half of the grated gouda. Now pour the remaining pasta again, then the remaining sauce and finally the remaining cheese over it.
  5. Cover and bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes at 200 degrees.
  6. Green salad or applesauce go well as a side dish.
