Knead a dough from all the ingredients except the nougat.
Cut the nougat into cubes (approx. 5 mm) and quickly knead into the dough. This should be done quickly as it softens and melts easily.
Form a stollen and bake at 175 ° C for about 45 minutes. If necessary, the baking time can be shorter - be sure to do a stick test!
After cooling, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with icing sugar.
This stollen does not require any storage time and should be eaten fresh as possible! If you want, you can also add coarsely chopped dark chocolate to the batter.
