Mix the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks together until smooth. Then gradually stir in the cinnamon, wheat flour, cocoa, baking powder and hazelnut kernels. With a piping bag or something similar, press approx. 10 cm strips onto the baking sheet and bake at 175 degrees (convection) for 7-10 minutes.
Then let it cool down. Always glue 2 together on the underside with Nutella and dip into the heated chocolate icing on the right and left.
