Peel and finely dice the onion. Clean the mushrooms and carrots and cut into slices. Cut the sausages into pieces.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the sausages in it for about 5 minutes, remove.
Steam the onions, carrots and mushrooms in the frying fat for about 10 minutes. Dust with the flour and sweat. Add 1/4 l water, the cream and stock. Add the sausages again and season with salt and pepper.
