Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 45 minutes.
  3. Tips: The recipe originally stated 250 g margarine instead of oil. But since most margarines are not vegan, I replaced it with oil.
