- Mix the oat flakes, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, cocoa and cinnamon well in a bowl.
- (Of course, all other nuts are also suitable for the muesli, this is just an example.)
- Put vegetable oil with honey in a coated pan and heat.
- Then add the nut-cocoa mixture, stir well and roast for approx. 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Let the finished muesli cool down properly and then fill it into a sealable container (Tupperware jar, glass container).
- We prefer to eat it with milk, although the cocoa makes the milk really chocolaty, but of course it also tastes good with yogurt.
- As a special highlight, we occasionally add fresh fruit.
