Instructions

  1. Beat the margarine, sugar and eggs until frothy. Then add the sifted flour, baking powder, chocolate crumbs, cinnamon and hazelnuts. Rub a round baking pan with fat and pour in the batter. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees and bake on the middle rack for 50-65 minutes.
  2. Dissolve the couverture and brush the cooled cake with it.
