- 250 g mararine / butter
- 200 g suar
- 4 egg (s)
- 250 g flour
- 250 g hazelnuts, acc.
- 50 g chocolate (crumbs)
- 9 g bakin powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 packet couverture, whole milk

- Beat the margarine, sugar and eggs until frothy. Then add the sifted flour, baking powder, chocolate crumbs, cinnamon and hazelnuts. Rub a round baking pan with fat and pour in the batter. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees and bake on the middle rack for 50-65 minutes.
- Dissolve the couverture and brush the cooled cake with it.
