Instructions
All ingredients for the cake must be at the same temperature, so we take them out of the refrigerator in advance. In the cooking process, in addition to food, we need parchment paper.
Melt the butter. It shouldn’t be hot, so let it cool down a bit. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Sift flour, icing sugar, cocoa powder, and baking soda into a bowl. Mix.
Pour the cola into the melted butter and stir. Break eggs into a bowl and shake them slightly. Pour the oil mixture, milk, and eggs into the dry flour mixture. Beat with a mixer until smooth. The mass is not very thick.
Cover the bottom of the split form (Ø 20 cm) with parchment paper, and lightly grease the sides with butter. Pour the dough into a mold and bake the cake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
We check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer. It should come out of the cake dry. Cool the cake for about 10 minutes, then remove it and let it cool completely on the wire rack.
For the glaze, mix soft butter, icing sugar, cocoa, and cola. Beat until smooth. The cola should be at room temperature so that the oil does not come in lumps.
Pour the icing over the cake and send it to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Decorate at will with pastry sprinkles.
Chocolate cake with cola and icing is ready. Bon Appetit!
