Instructions

  1. A vanilla pudding is made from the milk with pudding powder and sugar. The finished pudding is stirred until it is almost cold.
  2. The ground hazelnuts are roasted in a pan until they are medium brown. Always stir well!
  3. The cream is whipped with the vanilla sugar until stiff. The cooled hazelnuts are stirred into the pudding. Finally, fold in the whipped cream. Save some cream for the decoration.
  4. It is served either in a bowl or in glasses.
