Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 8 tablespoon sugar
- 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
- 200 g hazelnuts, round
- 1 cup sweet cream
- 1 bag vanilla sugar

- A vanilla pudding is made from the milk with pudding powder and sugar. The finished pudding is stirred until it is almost cold.
- The ground hazelnuts are roasted in a pan until they are medium brown. Always stir well!
- The cream is whipped with the vanilla sugar until stiff. The cooled hazelnuts are stirred into the pudding. Finally, fold in the whipped cream. Save some cream for the decoration.
- It is served either in a bowl or in glasses.

- Dabs of cream with a whole hazelnut.
