Ingredients
- 200 g pasta, (fork spahetti)
- 200 g meat sausae, diced
- 1 can peas
- 4 egg (s), hard-boiled, diced, cold
- 1 cup broth, cold
- 200 ml tartar sauce, light
- Salt and pepper, salt

- Cook the noodles al dente, drain, rinse and let cool. Carefully mix the tartar sauce, pasta, eggs, peas and meat sausage together and season with salt and pepper. Let it steep for about a day in a cool place. Before serving, add the stock and season again. This will make the salad nice and juicy. The broth shouldn`t be too salty, however.
