- 250 g hazelnuts, round
- 6 egg (s)
- 250 g powdered suar
- 2 tablespoon rusks, ground or breadcrumbs
- Cake icing, chocolate

- Beat 2 whole eggs and the powdered sugar until frothy. Separate 4 eggs. Gradually pull in the 4 egg yolks and finally the other ingredients and the whites of the 4 eggs underneath. Pour into the loaf pan and put in the preheated oven.
- Hot air 160 degrees approx. 1.10 hours
- Top / bottom heat 170 degrees approx. 1 hour
- After cooling, cover with chocolate icing.
- It also tastes great if you have 2 tablespoon. Adds rum.
