Ingredients
- 300 g suar
- 5 egg whites, beaten
- 100 g hazelnuts, finely rated
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 125 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- 125 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- rum
- Fat and flour for the mold

- Mix all ingredients, the egg whites last. Bake in a greased, floured form for approx. 45 minutes at 150 ° C and 15 minutes at 180 ° C in the oven.
