Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 5 egg whites
  • 120 g suar
  • 220 g flour
  • 80 g cornstarch (Maizena)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 200 g Nutella, (hazelnut cream)
  • 250 ml cream, (I use Rama Cremefine)
  • Cake icing, (chocolate icing)

For the cream: 2nd variant

  • 370 ml milk
  • 1 pck.pudding powder your choice (chocolate, vanilla, cream)
  • 200 g Nutella

For decoration:

  • Almond (s), flakes, crumble etc.

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites into very firm snow.
  2. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until creamy, stir in the Nutella and then mix with the other ingredients, finally fold in the egg whites.
  3. Pour the dough into a prepared mold (approx. 25) and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° for approx. 30 minutes (needle test). Let cool, then cover with a chocolate icing
  4. 2nd variant:
  5. Cut through the cake once, fill it with the cream and brush and sprinkle with flaked almonds or crumble, etc. - then put in a cool place.
  6. Cream:
  7. Stir the pudding powder with a little milk until smooth and prepare a pudding in the boiling milk while stirring - then let it cool.
  8. Mix the Nutella with the cold pudding until creamy.
