Ingredients

  • 175 g butter
  • 175 grams sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 220 g flour
  • 50 g oat flakes, fine
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon milk, possibly a little more
  • 4 tablespoon Nutella, heaped
  • 75 g hazelnuts, rouhly chopped
  • Butter, for the mold

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Mix the flour, oatmeal and baking powder. In a bowl, stir the butter until foamy, add the sugar. Then add the eggs one at a time, stirring each egg for at least half a minute. Stir in cinnamon, milk and half of the nuts.
  3. Pour three quarters of the batter into the buttered tin. Spread the Nutella on top in four blobs, cover with the remaining dough and mix in a spiral with the second layer of dough with a knife, then sprinkle the remaining nuts on the surface.
  4. Bake for a good 50 minutes, until the dough is a little browned and gives way to elasticity when pressed lightly with the finger. Let cool in the mold for 10 minutes.
