  • 100 g cocoa powder
  • 80 g nuts, rated
  • 125 ml oil
  • 160 g flour
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate icing

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar and cream until frothy. Stir in cocoa and nuts. Pour in the oil and keep stirring. Sieve flour with baking powder and stir in. Pour the dough into a greased and floured Gugelhupf pan and bake for about 1 hour at 180 ° O + U heat. When cooled, cover with chocolate icing and sprinkle with crumble.
