Instructions

  1. Beat the egg white until stiff, slowly fold in the sugar and nut flour. Place small macaroons on the baking sheet with two teaspoons.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees (convection) for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Delicious!!!
