Instructions

  1. Beat the sugar, margarine and eggs until frothy. Mix in the bitter almond flavor, nuts, poppy seeds, flour and baking powder.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream loosely.
  3. Grease the springform pan, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  4. Baking: 40 minutes at 175 °
  5. Mix the icing sugar with the rum and brush until smooth.
