- 130 g suar
- 130 g mararine
- 3 egg (s)
- 3 drops bitter almond flavor
- 200 g hazelnuts, round
- 100 g poppy seeds, round
- 100 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 250 ml cream, sweet

- Beat the sugar, margarine and eggs until frothy. Mix in the bitter almond flavor, nuts, poppy seeds, flour and baking powder.
- Fold in the whipped cream loosely.
- Grease the springform pan, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Baking: 40 minutes at 175 °
- Mix the icing sugar with the rum and brush until smooth.
