Wash the lamb`s lettuce carefully with cold water and arrange on a plate. Cut the onion and bread into small pieces.
Fry the pieces of bread in a pan with oil until they are golden brown in color. Then fry the onion with the diced bacon. Put the croutons in the pan with the onions and bacon and mix together.
For the dressing, mix together the remaining ingredients and season to taste. Pour the sauce over the salad and then pour the warm onion-bacon-crouton mixture over it.
