Mix the spices with the liquid honey (and possibly the oil). Crumble the flour with the butter and knead in the honey-spice mixture. If the dough is too soft, knead 2 - 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs or almonds. Shape the dough into rolls and refrigerate them for 2-3 hours (or overnight).
Cut off pieces from the rolls and form nutmegs about the size of an olive. When placed tightly, this results in a baking sheet with about 90-100 pieces. If you chill the tray again before baking, the nuts will keep their shape better while baking.
Bake at 200 ° C for 10 - 15 minutes on the second rack from above. Be careful, they get slightly dark on the underside!
