Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the oak leaf lettuce. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Brush off the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Wash the spring onions and cut into rolls. Chop the pumpkin seeds.
  2. Mix the dressing and season to taste.
  3. First, put the lettuce on a platter. Then spread the mushrooms, pointed peppers and spring onions on top. Now pour the dressing over it and sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over it.
