Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a standard mixer. The water should be cold (otherwise the oat flakes will slimy) and then mix on a high level for about 2 minutes.
  2. Let it steep briefly (approx. 10 minutes), then mix gently for another 1 minute. Pour the mixture through a fine sieve and collect the liquid. It tastes great when chilled.
