Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients well in a bowl, then add the specially mixed liquid ingredients, stir everything thoroughly. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C fan oven.

  3. This recipe comes from a cholesterol guide and has been my companion at irregular intervals for years. If you eat three of these muffins a day, the cholesterol level really goes down, especially since they are very tasty, I haven`t felt sorry for them in all these years.
  4. You can also e.g., Bake finely chopped fruit, such as apples and then add cinnamon to the ingredients. Of course you can also use muffin baking tins, but I myself preferred to press the piles a bit wild and irregular and not so shaped.
  5. The muffins taste best fresh out of the oven. I always freeze the rest and then heat the muffins in the microwave for about 1 minute, if necessary, then let them evaporate on a rack.
