Finely grind the oatmeal. Mix the oatmeal flour or the oat bran with the soy flour, cocoa powder, wheat germ flakes and cinnamon in a bowl. Warm the water with the vanilla, dissolve the honey in it and pour into the bowl. Add the margarine and stir everything well. Sweeten with a little sweetener and leave to set overnight in the refrigerator. The cream can also be easily prepared in advance.
Stored in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator, the spread stays fresh for 1-2 weeks.
By the way: Wholegrain oat flakes, especially oat bran, are said to have a cholesterol-lowering effect. In addition, oat bran is said to contain a lot of vitamin B1. Wheat bran, on the other hand, is said to help with constipation.
