Crush the oats with the rye into flakes. If you don`t have a flake crusher, you could try wholemeal rye flour with whole oat grains or ready-made oat flakes and let it soak for eight hours with 350 g water.
Then add the protein powder with the rest of the water and puree thoroughly in the mixer or with a hand blender.
If you like it thicker, you can bring the drink to the boil afterwards. As a result, the starch it contains gelatinizes and the drink is also more durable.
