Instructions

  1. Mix the oat flakes with the flaxseed and milk in a jar / glass. Then mix the lean curd in a bowl with the water, turmeric and the finely chopped pieces of banana to create a nice cream.
  2. Pour the quark cream onto the oatmeal mixture and then sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon. Then with fruit of your choice, e.g., with kiwi pieces, decorate.
  3. Tip: You can prepare breakfast the day before and put it in the fridge overnight.
