Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 3 tablespoon milk to soak for the oatmeal
- 125 g quark (low-fat curd cheese)
- some water
- 2 pinch (s) turmeric powder, as desired
- 0.5 ½ banana (s)
- 0.5 ½ kiwi (s) or fruit your choice
- 1 pinch (s) cocoa powder 00% or cinnamon

- Mix the oat flakes with the flaxseed and milk in a jar / glass. Then mix the lean curd in a bowl with the water, turmeric and the finely chopped pieces of banana to create a nice cream.
- Pour the quark cream onto the oatmeal mixture and then sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon. Then with fruit of your choice, e.g., with kiwi pieces, decorate.
- Tip: You can prepare breakfast the day before and put it in the fridge overnight.
