Ingredients

  • 150 g oat flakes, crunchy
  • 100 g flour (whole spelled)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (tartar)
  • 125 g butter, cold
  • 125 g honey, more liquid
  • 50 g almond (s), round
  • 50 g sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Put the oat flakes, whole spelled flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl and mix together. Then press an indentation in the middle. This is where the butter cut into small pieces, the honey, the almonds and the sesame go into.
  2. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
  3. Knead everything quickly to a smooth dough. Then the dough is shaped into a large roll, from which you cut approx. 1 cm thick slices. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with a gap.
  4. Put in the hot oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
