Mash the banana with a fork until it becomes creamy. Simply add the oatmeal and raisins and mix.
Place the mixture in blobs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 ° C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes.
This recipe can be varied in many ways, sometimes I add a little bitter almond oil, cinnamon or ground nuts. The more ripe the banana, the sweeter the cookies afterwards. They are sweet enough for me, but you could also replace the raisins with chocolate chips or something similar.
The cookies are very healthy and can be eaten without hesitation.
