Beat the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar for a few minutes. Mix the oatmeal with the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and chopped couverture.
Then add the whole thing to the butter mixture and stir in. Shape the dough into small balls (approx. 2 cm in diameter), place on a baking sheet and flatten lightly with a floured fork. Please do not put the balls too close to each other (a sheet of 12 pieces) as they diverge.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edge browns slightly.
