Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 125 g suar
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 200 g oatmeal
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 100 g couverture or other chocolate, chopped
- some flour for the fork

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Beat the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar for a few minutes. Mix the oatmeal with the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and chopped couverture.
- Then add the whole thing to the butter mixture and stir in. Shape the dough into small balls (approx. 2 cm in diameter), place on a baking sheet and flatten lightly with a floured fork. Please do not put the balls too close to each other (a sheet of 12 pieces) as they diverge.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edge browns slightly.
- Sufficient for approx. 4 trays.
