Ingredients
Butter – 180 g
Sugar (can be used brown or in combination) – 180 g
Milk – 1 stack.
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Wheat flour / Flour (can be mixed with oatmeal) – 1.5 stacks.
Oatmeal flakes – 300 g
Raisins – 200 g
Almonds – 200 g
Vanillin – 5 g
Chicken egg – 3 pieces
Cinnamon (optional, to taste at the tip of a knife)
Beat butter, sugar, eggs, vanillin, salt, cinnamon with a mixer
Fry the almonds over low heat so that they do not burn.
We wash the raisins and put them in a mixer with nuts. The volume of raisins and nuts is about the same. Add a glass of milk and grind everything into small crumbs. It is not necessary to bring to a pasty state. The main thing is that there are no large pieces.
Add the resulting nut-raisin mass to the previously whipped butter, add 1 glass of flour. The recipe says one and a half, but first we add only one and only if the dough is not thick enough, add another half glass. We mix.
Oatmeal should be taken that are cooked not in three minutes, but in 15-20 minutes.
Add oatmeal and mix.
The dough should be thick and viscous. It is difficult to mix with a spoon. If the dough is not thick enough, add the remaining flour (half a glass). If it’s too thick, add a little milk.
Lay parchment on a baking sheet. Lubricate it lightly with vegetable or olive oil. Spread out neat portions of dough with a spoon and crush them lightly on top. It is not necessary to spread too close since during the baking process the dough will creep a little. Put in an oven preheated to 175 * C, bake for about 20 minutes. Make sure that the bottom does not burn the cookies.
