Instructions

  1. Pour the marjoram, salt, nutmeg, chilli and pepper over the oat flakes. Pour hot broth over them and let soak for 1/2 hour.
  2. Finely dice the onions and garlic, mix with the egg and then add to the oatmeal mixture and knead well until a well-malleable mixture is formed. Shape patties out of them and fry them brown in a Teflon pan with a little oil.
  3. You can serve the patties as a hamburger, with hamburger buns, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion rings and ketchup or hamburger sauce.
  4. Is really tasty and easy to prepare.
