Pour 4 tablespoons of the milk into a glass and add the chia seeds to soak.
Put the rest of the milk and the oat flakes in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Swell and let cool. Puree with a hand blender. Stir in the chia seeds. Mix lightly with the peanut butter and season with maple syrup.
Banana slices e.g., sauté in maple syrup and garnish the pudding with the slices.
