Stir the quark with a little milk until smooth and add the oat flakes. Let the whole thing swell a little so that the oatmeal becomes soft. Meanwhile, cut the apple (or the pear or the banana) into small pieces.
When the oatmeal has the desired consistency, season the mixture with cinnamon and honey. Mix in the selected fruit before consumption.
