Put the oat flakes with a little water in a blender and mix a little. Add the blueberries, coconut milk and almond butter. Mix everything well and serve in a glass.
Tips: On hot days, I recommend adding a few ice cubes to the blender.
You can also add 2 - 3 teaspoons of chia seeds to the blender or make a protein smoothie by adding a portion of protein powder - vanilla is best.
