Put 35 g tender oatmeal in a blender with a splash of water and blitz briefly to break it down.
Add 120 g blueberries, 250 ml coconut or almond milk, and 1 tsp almond butter. Blend on high for 30–60 sec until smooth, loosening with more water if needed.
Serve immediately in a tall glass.
Variations: drop in a few ice cubes for a chilled version on hot days. Stir in 2–3 tsp chia seeds, or add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for a higher-protein smoothie.
