  • 35 g oatmeal, tender
  • 120 g blueberries
  • 250 ml coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • some water
  • possibly ice cubes
  • possibly chia seeds
  • possibly protein powder

Instructions

  1. Put the oat flakes with a little water in a blender and mix a little. Add the blueberries, coconut milk and almond butter. Mix everything well and serve in a glass.
  2. Tips: On hot days, I recommend adding a few ice cubes to the blender.
  3. You can also add 2 - 3 teaspoons of chia seeds to the blender or make a protein smoothie by adding a portion of protein powder - vanilla is best.
