Blueberry-Strawberry Smoothie

Delicious, aromatic summer berry dessert – delicious!

Servings: 2
Ingredients
- Blueberries (frozen or fresh) – 100 g
- Strawberries (frozen or fresh) – 100 g
- Cream – 20-30 ml
- Water or chilled green tea – 20-30 ml
- Honey – 3 teaspoon
- Ice (optional) – to taste
Directions
- Chop blueberries with a processor. (I used frozen blueberries, but you can use fresh ones.)
- Add 1.5 teaspoons of honey. Also, add 20-30 ml of water or pre-brewed iced green tea. (If you take fresh blueberries, you can add ice.) Chop thoroughly.
- Wash the strawberries and chop with a blender. Add 1.5 teaspoons of honey and 20-30 ml of heavy cream. Beat well.
- Put blueberry and strawberry puree in high glasses in random layers (you can also mix).
A blueberry-strawberry smoothie is ready. Bon Appetit!
